Built for GLP-1 & retatrutide users
Losing weight?
Don't lose the muscle.
Up to 40% of weight lost on GLP-1 medications can be lean mass. GLP Steel turns a photo of whatever equipment you own into a science-backed strength program — and a photo of your fridge into high-protein meals — so the weight you lose is fat, not strength.

The scale is lying to you.
GLP-1s are remarkable at driving weight loss — but in a steep calorie deficit, your body burns muscle along with fat. Less muscle means a slower metabolism, weaker bones, and a body that regains fat faster if you ever stop the medication. The fix is proven: resistance training plus adequate protein. GLP Steel makes both automatic.

new equipment to buy — we build around what you already own
Point your camera. Get your plan.
No gym required, no guesswork, no spreadsheets. Two photos replace a personal trainer and a nutritionist.
Snap your equipment
Photograph your dumbbells, bands, bench — whatever's in your garage or spare room. AI vision builds an editable inventory in seconds and designs every workout around exactly what you own.
Couch-to-Weights mode
Brand new to lifting? Start with a single exercise a day — 8 to 15 minutes — and unlock one more each week over a gentle 6-week ramp. Warm, no-pressure accountability instead of a wall of exercises on day one.
Science-backed programs
True Push / Pull / Legs splits over 3, 4, or 5 days, engineered for muscle preservation in a deficit: smart intensity, effort-based sets (RIR), automatic progression, and deload guidance. Every exercise has a how-to video.
Bodyweight or full gym
No equipment? Switch on bodyweight-only and get a full program with nothing to buy. Or pick exactly which gear to train with. Bought a barbell or moved house? Scan-to-add merges new equipment into your plan.
Snap your food, get recipes
Photograph what's in your fridge and get protein-forward recipes built from it — plus a shopping list to fill the gaps. Designed for the smaller appetite and higher protein needs of GLP-1 users.
Log a meal by voice
Just say what you ate — "two eggs and a protein shake" — and get an instant protein estimate. On-device speech and a built-in food database mean it's fast, works offline, and only asks the AI for the tricky phrases.
Progress you can see
Strength trends, estimated one-rep-max curves, PR detection, plateau alerts, and a training heatmap. Watch your strength hold — or climb — while the scale drops.
Levels, streaks & challenges
Earn XP and levels for every workout and protein goal hit, keep a weekly streak alive, take on a fresh weekly challenge, and unlock achievements. Shareable PR cards celebrate the wins that keep you consistent.
Privacy-first
Passwordless login, no ads, no selling your data. Your photos are used only to build your inventory and recipes — stored only with your explicit consent.

Questions, answered
I'm not on a GLP-1. Is this app still for me?
Absolutely. The program engine builds effective strength training for anyone with any equipment. GLP-1 users get extra attention — muscle-preservation programming and protein-first nutrition — but the fundamentals benefit everyone.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have. A pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, a kettlebell, a full home gym — the app photographs your gear and designs the program around it. Nothing to buy.
Is it really $15 with no subscription?
Yes. $15 once buys the full app forever, including updates. The only extras are optional $1 scans: a new equipment scan if your gear changes, or a fresh food scan for new recipes. You'll never see a recurring charge.
What happens to my photos?
Photos are used to recognize your equipment or food, and you review and confirm everything the AI finds. Images are retained only with your explicit consent. No ads, no data sales, passwordless login — privacy is a design decision, not a settings toggle.
I'm a complete beginner. Will I know what to do?
Yes — and there's a mode built for exactly this. Couch-to-Weights starts you with a single exercise a day (8–15 minutes) and adds just one more each week over 6 weeks, so you're never overwhelmed. Every exercise has a plain-English description and a how-to video, sessions guide you set by set with rest timers and pre-filled weights, and the app tells you exactly when to add weight or reps.
Can I train with no equipment at all?
Yes. Flip on bodyweight-only and you'll get a full program with nothing to buy and no photo required. You can also choose exactly which equipment to include, and scan new gear in later to fold it into your plan automatically.
Why is protein such a big deal on GLP-1s?
GLP-1 medications suppress appetite, so many users under-eat protein — the raw material for keeping muscle. When intake drops in a deficit, muscle loss accelerates. GLP Steel makes hitting your protein target realistic with small, protein-dense meals built from food you already have. (Educational info, not medical advice — talk to your clinician about your specific needs.)
Which platforms are supported?
iOS today, with Android on the way. Your account and history sync securely, so you can switch devices without losing a single set.
The medication handles the appetite. Steel handles the muscle.
Every week without resistance training is muscle you won't get back easily. Your first workout is one photo away.
